HIQA do not yet have any regulatory framework for the inspection of community support services, and in the absence of any statutory regulator Simplicitas maintains an ongoing programme of quality assurance and service development which is regularly audited and inspected by external consultants against Standards written specifically to cover the relevant areas for intensive community support and transitional rehabilitation services.
